Coatings and resin systems protect where sheet linings aren't practical — large field-erected tanks, concrete bunds, floors, trenches, and secondary containment.

We apply vinyl ester, epoxy, polyurethane, and ceramic coatings by spray, brush, and trowel. Each selected for the chemical, temperature, and substrate.

Our teams work on-site with NACE-certified inspectors supervising every stage — from surface prep through final DFT verification.

From surface prep to certified coating

Step 01 — Surface Preparation
Abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2½ or Sa 3. Profile measurement. Dust and salt contamination testing.
