What We Do

When the chemistry goes beyond rubber

Plastic linings protect where rubber can't — concentrated acids, solvents, fluorine compounds, and ultra-high temperatures. Fluoropolymers handle virtually the entire chemical spectrum up to 260°C.

We offer: rotolining (seamless PFA/ETFE), loose-lined PTFE, and welded thermoplastic sheet (PP, PE, PVDF).

Applied to equipment we've designed and fabricated in-house — vessel geometry optimised for liner installation.

Lining Systems

Six systems for the full chemical spectrum

Each system serves specific equipment types and environments.

PFA — PFA Rotolining

Seamless · Up to 260°C

Seamless fluoropolymer by rotational moulding. One continuous barrier — handles virtually all chemicals.

PTFE — PTFE Loose Lining

Sheet · Mechanically Anchored

PTFE sheet fastened to steel. For large vessels and columns where rotolining isn't practical.
